Btw. What all documents did you submit?

Thanks for asking. I submitted only the endorsement letter mail , TB report and passport. Nothing more than that.

Congrats! Were you given a timeframe to come into the UK or did they simply go with the proposed date of entry that you gave when applying?

Yes, the proposed date of entry is the start date of your temporary visa, it is valid for the next 90 days in which you have to travel to the UK and get your BRP.

@Tamil_Selvan how many months are there between your stage 2 application date and your proposed entry date? Mine is around 6 months and I’ve been wondering if this is a problem for my stage 2 application. Details here Can a planned UK entry date 6 months out invalidate a stage 2 application?

not actually. I have one of my connections who gave a proposed travel date after 7 months from the visa application date. He got the visa stating that the visa validity starts after 7 months only. From that 7-month date, he has the next 90 days to get into the UK.

The 3-month time bar is only to apply for the stage 2 application, you can even apply for a stage2 application on the 89th day of your endorsement.

Thanks for this info. It really helps and yes, the 3-month rule for stage 2 application after endorsement is clear.

Any notifications/collections in the month of August? I did my Biometrics on the 1st of August

Hi @Labsky, I did my biometrics on the 3rd of August. Still waiting for any updates

I just got notification from the Visa center that my passport is ready for pickup. So if you did on the 3rd, im pretty sure youll get yours early next week.

Also is it normal not to get an email from UKVI directly stating the success of the visa? All i got was the email from the biometrics center

Thanks Labsky, I believe its normal to not be informed of the outcome directly from UKVI. Fingers crossed for mine.

Congratulations!
