You can check it straight away, if you start your stage 2 application on the gov.uk website. Once you pay the IHS, you fill a few more details and will be asked to book an appointment for doc scanning.

Hi, at what stage do you get a priority option when applying for Stage 2 when applying from inside the UK? I only got a standard service option when paying the application fees.

Just gave my biometrics yesterday for Stage 2. I wanted to know whether we will get a new BRP or directly e-Visa given physical BRPs to be discontinued?

Based on very little data it sounds like the process is slowed down a bit I’m on the third week waiting.
