Exceptional Talent OC3: Impact on customers

I am a business applicant (Product manager). Can someone advise on the OC3 Impact criteria please.

I assume business impact such as revenue uplift is expected from this section. Is it also worth to mention customer impact - eg. a high NPS (net promoter score) received from customers?

Yes! Whatvere metric is the most relevant to your product. It could be a reduction in loss or more qualitatively the ability to launch a new product if you are working on platformy stuff.
