Confusion for Criterias Combination

It is best to not repeat the same documentary evidence in multiple criteria. The guide clearly states not to do this.

The typical approach is to have 3 documentary evidence for each criteria and then you have one more evidence for one of the 3 criteria (i.e 4 for one criteria ) .

So it will be something like this:

MC1

evidence 1
evidence 2
evidence 3

OC1 - innovation

evidence 4
evidence 5
evidence 6

OC2 - recognition

evidence 7
evidence 8
evidence 9
evidence 10*

*10th evidence could have gone to any of the 3 criteria depending on your story.

Now you should also be strategic in your application , and selection of evidence.
Should you not get endorsed, when it comes to endorsement review (appeal) , you are able to mention that evidence x which you submitted for criteria Y could also count for a second criteria.

What is important to note is that the assessor is looking at your entire application. The assessors sometimes will make this summation themselves. They are humans.
