Hi, I’m planning on switching from skilled worker visa to global talent. I’m trying to understand how the evidence “You command a high salary or other remuneration for your services…” can be structured please.
My situation:
I have payslips, employment contract stating my salary as a doc, and another separate doc stating my stock options. I also have screenshots from glassdoor and payscale showing a statistics of the avg. salary for a software engineer
Can I split this into 2 separate docs/evidences because the 3 pages limit doesn’t seem to work. Thanks
You only have 10 evidence files, try to fit this into a single file so you can submit more evidence.
Payslip and contract are redundant since they provide the same information - choose one.
You can screenshot only the relevant portions of the contract etc to make it fit.
Just make sure it ends legible
Consider consolidating your evidence into a single file to maximize your submissions.
Since payslips and contracts convey similar details, opt for one or the other.
