Hi everyone, I ran a series of in-person workshops teaching non-technical business owners and users how to build and use AI agents in UK. Total attendance across the sessions was over 100 people. The workshops were completely independent of my employer.
Would this count towards any of the Optional Criteria, specifically OC2? And if so what evidence would be most useful to have?

Workshops alone are weak for OC2. The guide explicitly says “leading a workshop or running a session at a conference is not sufficient.” You’d need external recognition of the programme’s impact - an organiser letter, press coverage, or endorsement from an established tech body - to make it land.
@abxhameed You have done well, however mentorship, teaching or training should be on behalf of a structured programme with selection criteria. So, what one decides to do for contribution outside paid job for OC2, should be done through a structured programme or reputable platform(Like contributing on GitHub).

If you’re showing positioning yourself an at AI expert then workshop for other AI engineers would be more valuable as an OC2 instead for non technical business owners.
