Working in the UK while waiting for GT Stage 2 decision

Hi,

I have received my endorsement and have applied for my GT visa. Can I work in the UK whilst waiting for my Stage 2 decision upon resigning from the employer that sponsor my Skilled Worker visa?

Anyone have experienced this?

If your current visa has been canceled the you don’t have the right to work in the UK. I believe resigning from your current employer means they are no longer your sponsor, so best to wait until your visa is approved so that you are not in breach of any immigration rule. The visa will be approved in no time so best to wait.

If you still have the work permit yes. If not wait for the visa and then lunch out.
