I have one challenge on what to apply under. i have over 8 years(could be more bse i started early) in technology as a software engineer, founder and CEO, speaker and mentor, started 3 product startups, 2 peer reviewed researches, contribution to 3 open source project, written 2 books not yet published, invited at 2 international events outside my country, 4 local tech events, organized over 5 meetups, hachackthons and conferences mentored at 2 prestigious organizations.

@FredrichK I believe Tech Nation is clear about pathways. So with your over 8 years experience, starting as a Software Engineer you can now decide which pathway aligns with your years of experience. But if you have career break or have worked in another type of work in between, then you can make it clear in your CV, LinkedIn, Personal statement and subtly in some evidence sets and then go for the pathway with lesser years of experience. Here is how Tech Nation states it
