Please I am a bit confused about the total number of documents to submit which is 10. I have written my 4 MC evidences already, my 3 recommendation letters are in progress. I have selected 2 OC to work on.
Up to 10 pieces of evidence in relation to the relevant Eligibility Criteria:
At least 2 unique documents showing you are recognised as either a leading talent or potential talent (see Mandatory Criteria) and at least 4 unique documents showing you have any two of the other necessary skills (see Optional Criteria). You cannot use the same piece of evidence for more than one criteria.
Meaning - the 10 documents serve as evidence for the criteria, mandatory and optional. You need to submit at least two unique documents for each criteria - that’s 6 (2 MC, 2 first OC, 2 second OC) and can submit up to 10 documents. Do try to use all 10 since it’s a shame to miss out on evidence. People usually submit 4 for MC and 3 for each OC but you can change that ratio.
By what you wrote below, that’s 6 (2 MC, 2 first OC, 2 second OC), at least if I cant submit the 10, I should ensure I submit the 6 required.
I am an employer and I am yet to find a post from an employer in this forum who has experienced some of this issues.
With regards the evidences required for OC 1, I believe each of the bullet points below serve as a piece of an evidence and not all together a piece of one evidence right???
I can chose two bullet points to write on as 2 different evidences right???
Examples of relevant evidence include:
Evidence of innovation/product development, proof of product in market and associated traction through revenue.
Evidence for each business should include your last set of audited accounts, projections for current financial year and articles of association.
Evidence of domestic and/or international sales should show customer numbers for each country in which the company is operating, including a ranking of your distribution channels with a breakdown of when these sales were achieved for each channel (i.e. online, physical retail, 3rd party distributors, resellers etc.).
Evidence of employment contract with salary information including any bonus and equity options and history of earnings.
I would urge you to submit more than the minimal amount of docs. That way, if an evidence isn’t sufficient you’d be able to fall onto other evidences.
Yes, each of these bullet points are examples of possible evidence pieces.
Note that these are examples and you can submit other types of evidence that support the criteria, though it’s simpler to stick to the examples
