URGENT - IHS payment not reflecting after booking appoint m

I successfully paid the IHS fees for my dependant and booked a TLS appointment. Only to come back days later to upload the TB test result, and it’s saying we need to pay the IHS fees.

Has anyone gone through this before? The Biometrics appointment is tomorrow, and I don’t want to go and pay for assisted upload. Kindly advise.

Did you get a payments confirmation after your payment? Usually the reference number you need is attached to the confirmation email.

Yes we did. We got a payment confirmation email from both World Pay and home office.
