Urgent Help Needed: BRP Collection Issue (Post Office Closed)

Hi everyone,

I need some urgent help regarding the collection of my Biometric Residence Permit (BRP). My visa was approved on 20th April, with a start date of 27th May. I entered the UK on 28th May. According to the instructions, I am supposed to collect my BRP from the following Post Office:

POST OFFICE - SLOUGH
WHSMITH RETAIL
176 HIGH STREET
SLOUGH
SL1 1JN

However, I found out today, 29th May, that this Post Office is closed. I am unsure how to proceed with collecting my BRP from an alternative location.

Has anyone else encountered a similar issue or does anyone know what steps I should take next to resolve this?

You can report it to BRPdelivery@homeoffice.gsi.gov. uk they should be able to tell you what to do

Thanks @Francisca_Chiedu But this email did not work.
But I was able to collect from near by Post Office who has service for BRP.
Any Person can search the alternative places near to previous Post office.
Also trigger a email to home office about brp from the UK.gov portal then you will get response within 5 days and I got on 3 rd day.
