I hope you’re all doing well. I currently hold a Global Talent Visa (Exceptional Promise) and received my endorsement a year and a half ago. I’m now looking to expedite the process of obtaining Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). With this goal in mind, I’m considering applying for the Exceptional Talent route again and have a few questions about this process:
- Is it possible for me to pursue the Exceptional Talent route to obtain ILR?
- If pursuing this route is possible, do I need to reapply and follow the entire Exceptional Talent endorsement process to obtain a new endorsement?
- If my application is approved, would I need to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) and visa application fees again?
- Additionally, if I proceed with this route, could it potentially allow me to qualify for ILR after one and a half years?
I would greatly appreciate any insights, experiences, or advice you can offer on this matter. Your input would be invaluable in helping me make an informed decision.
