Hello,

Has anyone used the UK Immigration ID Check application recently?
My application was approved and I got the entry clearance vintage on my passport with 90 days validity starts after 15 april 2025. In the approval email I was instructred to create a user at UKVI to view the details of my eVisa online.
I created a user, connected my smartphone to my account, but I couldn’t verify my Identity. Everytime I try to take a photo for the passport page I get this error (There is a problem with your document)

In the application there is a phone numebr for support, I tried to contant them many time with no luck, and I didn’t find the support email.

Is it mandatory to have the evisa linked to my account prior travel to UK? or I can enter UK using the entry clearance vintage on my passport?

Check the support email based on the previous emails you’ve received from them. There’s also an online chatbot you can use.
