  1. Does anyone know if the personal statement can only mention the achievements that are from the piece of evidence?

  2. I do project management but in more business/sales engagement projects. The options I can get about my occupation in the application form is “Product Management” or “Business related”…which one should I choose? when there’s no “Project Managment” option…

You can mention other projects outside the one you submitted as evidence but that generally not the focus, try to convince tech nation about your plans in the UK and how the UK will benefit from you.
