Can I use the translation documents (such as DoB for child, marriage certificate) that are translated 3 years ago from a translation office in my country (when I applied for a tier 4 visa) to apply for GTV stage 2 now? Is there any limitation of the date of translation, or any problem it has been 3 years ago? Thanks
I am not sure about it. However, it will not hurt to ask an immigration lawyer or email the home office. Hopefully, someone here may have had the same challenge but i’d say email and ask or just get a new one if it does not hurt you in any way.
