Just started preparing documents mentioned in the Tech Nation Guidelines.
My doubt is considering there are multiple documents i.e. LOR, MC, OC etc. preparation of same might take couple of months.
Hope the dates mentioned on the same can be few months old for i.e. LOR is signed in July & some docs in Aug & Sep month and at final stage applying for Endorsement in Oct/Nov month.
Hope there is no validity of documents same can be prepared in different time frames.

Hi @Mkalra for letter, usually closer to application the better. You can always finalize with your recommenders and just get a signature close to application submission. Other evidence documents need to be from last 5 years.

Better to application date is better. Ideally they should be dated to within last 6 months.
There is no strict validity period for documents like Letters of Recommendation or evidence pieces in the Tech Nation application. However, as regards the LoR, the closer they are to the application submission date, the better. You can have the letter ready and once you are ready to apply, the recommenders can sign them. For the other evidence, just ensure they are too close to the application as it will not be accepted according to the Guideline.

Any possibilities of finding formats of LOR , MC, OC etc. I understand these needs to be created as per individual experience & achievements so shall differ for everyone but still if there is any way of looking at sample drafts/format ? @pahuja @May @Akash_Joshi @Francisca_Chiedu
