Hi all,

Once you are successful in receiving a UK Global Talent Visa, how long can you take to arrive in the UK?

Hello Seb,

Once you have got your Vignette in the passport, you have 30 days to arrive in the UK to collect your BRP. After that you are free to leave and enter the country as you wish.

However, considering current situation, I would double check above with Covid 19 Government Guidelines.

Hi Seb/Herman,

During the current situation as per my knowledge, If issued with a 30 day visa/vignette to travel to the UK and this has now expired, one can receive a free of charge replacement. Can do this by contacting either the Coronavirus help centre, or your local Visa Application Centre . This service was available until 31 December 2020.

The new visa/vignette will be issued with a 90 day validity period. To replace a 90 day visa/vignette there will be a charge (not sure of exact charge but its around £150+)
