The letter of recommendation I received is a little over page 3. They draft the letter on page 3. However, because of the organization’s logo, author’s credentials, and contact details, everything is three and a half pages long.
Is That an issue? If not, should it all be within three pages?
Every evidence and LOR can be max 3 pages as per the TN guidelines.

Be typed and dated
Be up to 3 single sides of A4 paper, excluding the author’s credentials and contact details

Only the authors credentials and logo is falling in the extra half page?

The letter was drafted and sent to the HR department and they added the company’s letter head to every page. After that, the page alignment of the letter has changed. I found a letter that was like 3 pages and half.

@aruna_udayanga if the page after the 3 pages consists of text apart from the logo, contact details and profile or the recommended then it may not be considered.
Is there a way for you to get it signed by the HR department again? You can play with font size and margins to fit in 3 pages.
Another way is to take screenshots of this letter and fit it in a fresh document in 3 pages, convert to pdf and attach that. You can mention in your personal statement or at the start of this document why you did this.
