Evidence of proof of business counted as evidence, which was added to checklist of Home office
@tunde1234 Do you mean you are submitting a document to proof ownership of a business?
yes because, if you tick it on the checkbox that you have a business which existing or dissolved when printing out your checklist you will be required to submit that a proof of that different from your evidences , now tech nation according to home office counts it as one evidence which is not on their guide, i think there is a misconception from tech nation and home office now.
Hi @tunde1234
I have observed this in recent filing. Yes, those evidences for founders and business owners are mandatory documents along the tech nation application. Shareholders, certificate of incorporation, etc to be submitted apart from your application.
Good Luck!
@Maya thats a mail from the home office. i told them but they got back to me saying it counted as a single evidence meaning i should delete one from my 10 evidences submitted because the proof makes it 11. i deleted the proof because the proof of business is highlighted in my OC3
Yes! @tunde1234 it should be included as part of the criterion’s evidence. Certificates of company incorporation carries no weight though, preferably audited account and financial projection document or something related to business growth even if the transaction is not huge as it were. It’s like showing a registered business versus a working business.
TN are more interested in a working business.
Whilst this may not relate to you. I see every topic I am privileged to comment on as an opportunity to add to the repository of knowledge. It may be useful to other applicants.
All the best.
Hi again!
What was part of OC3? Audited account, balance sheet, or profit & loss??
I was hoping there is no discrepancy between the two entities!
Best of luck!
@Maya document of commercial sucess, and contract of acquisition , user data base, media feature
thanks @Raphael i did that showing growth and acquisation in my oc3
