Successful Application on My Birthday - I’m Truly Excited

Today came with a special kind of joy. On my birthday, I woke up to another successful application from someone I guided through the Tech Nation Stage 1 process and honestly, moments like this make the work worth it.

As many people know, most applicants prefer to keep their feedback private. A few weeks ago, Zuzanna told me she had been endorsed for Stage 1. I congratulated her and, as I always do, asked if I could share it to encourage others. She said no and that’s perfectly fine. Four out of five applicants say the same, and I always respect that.

But this morning, she messaged again: her Stage 2 application has now been approved. This time she gave her consent to share, now that everything is confirmed.

I hear applicants complain a lot, both privately and on the forum, that all they ever see are rejection posts. And I always explain that it’s not because people aren’t getting endorsed. It’s simply because those who get good news often move on quietly. Some never even register on the forum, they just read, learn, apply, and succeed.

So if you’re reading this and feeling discouraged, please remember, the forum doesn’t tell the full story. People are still getting endorsed. Things may have changed, but success is very much happening.

And today, I get to celebrate yet another one, on my birthday.

Looking forward to celebrating with you.

All the best.

Happy birthday Raphael, Wishing you all the joy, peace, and blessings you desire. Enjoy your day. Thank you for all you do in this community.

Thank you so much @Emmie
