I was thinking about what type of visa should apply the dependent after I’ve spent 3 years in UK being eligible for ILR application. If the expiration dates of our visas are the same (dependent’ s expiration date can’t be at a later time), what kind of visa should my dependent apply for before his Global Talent dependent visa is expired (bearing in mind that I will apply for ILR)?
