Hi,
I am confused on “within 3 months (90 days) UK entry”
My GTV endorsed on Nov 24, 2025 and I received my eVisa on 20 December 2025.
From when the 90-day UK entry is considered- date of GTV endorsement (24 Nov)? or date of eVisa (20 Dec 2025)?

Hi @Sagarika_Roy The 90 days or within 3 months UK entry rule starts from the date your visa is granted, not from the endorsement date.

Your Global Talent endorsement (24 Nov 2025) is only permission to apply for the stage 2 and it does not allow entry. The right to enter the UK comes only when UKVI issues your visa, which in your case is the eVisa issued on 20 Dec 2025.

So your 90 days entry window, I believe runs from 20 December 2025.

I thought GT visas were transitioned to eVisas and no longer have the 90 day moving requirement?

You need to follow what is in your decision letter. With Evisas, you must have been told what to do. I believe the 90days was the period to get your BRP. If you come in later than 6 months it simply means you won’t meet the residency requirements in the first year.
