In endorsement mail do they attach anything or they only send mail?

They just send the email saying it’s been endorsed by Tech Nation

You don’t need to. There’s a link to start stage 2 application in the endorsement mail.

Could work for oc3 impact as long as you can show meaningful commercial results. I believe the TN guide mentions it needs to more than pay your salary or something similar. I’d refer to the guide again to double check.
