I have been tracking this group with more details while I was waiting for my decision. Got my endorsements today under Business Category - Product Management. Applied for talent, endorsed for talent. Timeline:

Submitted: 23 Sept
First Edit: 27 Sept
Second: 8 October
Third : 9 October

Endorsement email: 10 October

Pattern Observed: Weekends are the time when most of the applications are evaluated
