I understand that this visa is all about innovation and being exceptional. but would it apply to exceptional solution or problem solving as well? for example, lets say you introduced a solution that contributed to the digital technology of your home country. but this solution is something which you produced by combining bit and pieces of some existing software/hardware. So the hardware and software isn’t new, but the idea/solution that you introduced was the innovation and helped the digital sector as well.

It could be a great foundation for your case. Make sure you provide some specific numbers to prove
significance of the problem and importance of your solution. Also, if possible, collect publicly available feedback. In your case explain how people benefited because of your solution and what community impact in digital sector it made.
