I’ve been issued an endorsement today by Tech Nation. I’m already on a skilled migrant already living in UK.
Question (s)
- Is it ok for me to be travelling when I apply for the Stage 2 (with priority)? I’m not back till early May from my holiday
Assumption here is Yes - Since I already have a BRP - i should not require a biometric interview - I’m intending to put my wife in my Stage 2 application as a dependent (assuming it’s possible to do so)
I’m looking for leave my current employer (whose skilled visa i’m on) hence the question.
