I’m in a bit of a tricky situation and would appreciate your advice, especially from anyone who has been through something similar.
I submitted my Stage 1 documents for the Global Talent visa (Tech Nation) via email yesterday. I sent a single email with my checklist, LORs, and 8 evidence documents.
Today, I realised I missed an additional piece of evidence for my Mandatory Criterion (MC).
I know the guidance says you can send more than one email and should number them (“1 of 2”, “2 of 2”), but I’ve already sent my first email without numbering it.
My question is: Has anyone successfully sent an additional document after the initial submission using the new email process?
I’m worried that sending a follow-up email might cause administrative confusion or be ignored, especially if they have an automated system for processing initial submissions.
What would you recommend?
Send a second email now. If you’ve done this successfully, could you please share how you did it? Did you use the exact same subject line as the original email, or did you change it (e.g., by replying or adding a note)? I’m concerned about how their system might process it.
Do nothing, wait for the decision, and use this evidence in an appeal if I get rejected.
Please reply to it with all documents again attached and just mention you had a tech glitch due to which the 2/2 email didn’t go through hence resending the full pack again. Do this without waiting more.
Hi Raphael i submitted the home office application for stage 2 but didnt get any instruction yet about the docuemnts. can you help me from with this information where should i send the docuemnts or will i be getting any email about it?
Stage 2 is for the visa application, and you need your endorsement email page and that should be done via the global talent stage 2 visa application link and not through email, except if things have changed.
