Same company recommendation letter and reference letter

High everyone.

I am in the phase of getting my documents for TN Stage 1. I have a question related to the Recommendation letter and Reference letter of 2 people from same company.

As I know 3 recommendation letters are needed from different companies and those people should be known in the industry.

And for MC and OC criteria I can provide a reference letter for the evidence as well.

Is it possible from COMPANY A CEO to provide me a recommendation letter
and COMPANY A CTO give me a reference letter for evidence purposes for OC 2,3.

Both people are C-level profiles in the same company, but the CTO letter I want to use in OC evidence as a reference letter.

Can I do this thing?

Yes that’s possible. Just make sure the company isn’t repeated for main LORs

thanks @Akash_Joshi for your heads up, it looks like my more questions are coming. I hope you can shed some light on this concern as well.

I have 3 recommendation letters from a reputed tech organization but one is from the bank. The person who’s giving recommendation letter he’s chairman of the bank and the bank CEO’s under him. I worked with him lot in my previous year for UX UI projects and I am also apply same as UX UI designer in TechNation. Can I use his recommendation letter as TechNation clearly mentioned: Three letters of recommendation from three different well-established individuals acknowledged as experts in the digital technology field, with detailed knowledge of your work over a period of 12 months or more, supporting your Global Talent application.

He’s the main investor or you can say he owns the bank. Can I use his recommendation letter?
He’s not the tech expert.

LORs need to come from people who can be deemed experts in digital technology sector per the guidelines

Yes, I do understand. And what about if one recommendation letter comes from the C level executive who knows me very well because he worked in the same organization where I worked but never had personal experience of working with me, however, the person always admired my work and later that person starts his own tech company can that person recommendation letter for me suitable as he seeing my growth in tech so long?

Really depends on the content of the letter frankly. Many times TN feedback says that the letter was complimentary but doesn’t demonstrate any extraordinary skills. Someone who has worked with you and can talk about your work contributions and impact with first hand experience is always better than someone who is writing as an observer.

And what about if I add 1 recommendation letter from the CEO of a famous tech company? My work with them was between 2012 and 2018, but can they recommend me as it is outside the last 5 years?

It is ok for a company executive to provide recommendations and another reference letter for criteria. You should avoid using saw companies for three main recommendation letters.

Thank you everyone for shedding enough light on my concern. So just for the sake of clarity. I have 3 Recommendation letters from Tech company CEOs and one of them last I worked with in 2018 so its out of the scope of the recent 5yrs work relationship.

RECOMMENDATION LETTER FROM CEOs:
TECH Company A: 2018 to 2021 - (I was full-time employee)
TECH Company B: 2012 to 2018 - (I was full-time employee)
TECH Company C: 2008 to 2012 - (full-time employee I was and later I worked on numerous projects as a freelance contract from 2021 to 2022)

So all 3 companies are tech-known companies that I have worked with for more than 12 months.

The problem I think the Company B where my work relationship ended in 2018. But that company is very important for my entire career. I wonder if can I add the Company B Ceo recommendation letter?
