Salary Concern For Evidence

My salary in my country is high but when converted to pounds is about 30k pounds yearly…Should i still proceed ?

Salary is not a strong evidence. You should look for more compelling evidence m

i have other fairly good evidence, just dont want this to undermine the rest

You should be able to meet the criteria without showing salary evidence. If that’s the case then skip the salary evidence.

@tunde1234 Trust you good.

Salary alone isn’t enough to demonstrate recognition and value of your expertise in the sector, so it should be supported with other evidence that shows the impact you’ve made. I believe TN also understands that salaries can vary depending on country, company size, and industry, hence, they don’t treat pay as the main measure of expertise.

I suggest you should still go ahead. Compare your salary with others in your country and show that what you earn is considered high locally. If you’ve had promotions, bonuses, or stock options, include those as well because they help demonstrate your value and recognition.

All the best.
