Hi @Gayathri_S.R
Under what skillset or discipline are you applying? I think, this is the basis on which your application will be assessed. For example, if you say you are a Product Manager, you will not be assessed based on technical evidence.

You said you led compliance automation architecture, but in what capacity? As a software engineer, a product manager, or a founder? Right now, it reads as a description of what was done without clear ownership or demonstrated evidence of recognition.
For the invited speaker roles at TechGig and QA summits, what evidence do you have to show that you were invited, and in what capacity? Were you a guest, a keynote speaker, or an expert? Did you actually speak, to how many people, and what did you speak about? These are the types of evidence expected to back up your claims.
Now you are clearer about your role, however, the technical leadership in a 30,000+ member non-profit is still a description. You need to show whether you were recognised for this. Can you show evidence?

Instead of saying “Senior Mentor,” you can simply say “Mentor.” When you start hyping titles, it can raise flags. Mentoring with a government backed organisation can be okay, but how many people did you mentor, through what medium, was it physical or virtual, and were you invited to become a mentor? Can you show evidence?
In what capacity were you invited to speak at the university? What did you speak about? Do you have pictures or videos? Was it a one time speaking engagement? I think, these are the considerations used to determine continuous impact and recognition.

Leading an AI recommendation engine and building payment reliability can count as contribution, but were these done in a product led company? Can a C-suite person talk about traction as a result of the technical work you did? Can you show that you were an employee of the company? Can you show architecture diagrams or lines of code clearly demonstrating your contribution as a technical expert?
Overall, your evidence sets are full of descriptions, and you have not backed your claims with convincing evidence. Is it okay, if I suggest you read through this forum, to see what some applicants listed as evidence to back their claims.
All the best.
