Your evidence don’t appear sufficient. List how many evidence you want to submit for the mandatory criteria. select two optional Criteria and list how many evidence you are submitting on each optional Criteria.

Cybersecurity and adjacent roles (such as data protection) qualify for the Global Talent Visa. But it appears you lack the requisite evidence. Incorporation details or a letter of intent from a prospective client are not quite enough. In one example, Tech Nation refused to endorse a start-up that had modest revenue streams, saying it does not quite fit the criteria required for the Mandatory Evidence.

Your profile shows alignment with the Exceptional Talent route given your leadership experience and AI-focused PhD candidacy. PhD’s are always a bonus in this regard! Focus your application on OC1 (founder) using your climate tech venture - highlight any growth and revenue numbers, and focus on innovation. For corporate experience, quantify team size managed and revenue impact under OC3. The PhD-related endorsements (OC4) add weight and would benefit from links to UK tech priorities like ethical AI or green tech.

Clarify how the MIT/Hackathon participation demonstrates sector impact - did this lead to deployed solutions? Prioritize this over generic certifications. Certifications are okay for the CV but aren’t valid evidences. The high salary evidence is solid, but ensure pay slips clearly show percentile rankings. Avoid listing invitations without outcomes; instead, emphasize your active judging roles as community contributions.

Your personal statement should connect your corporate AI work, climate tech venture, and academic research to UK strategic needs like net-zero targets. Have you engaged with UK-based organizations through your SaaS company or PhD network? Ensure recommendation letters come from industry professionals and explicitly state how your work benefits the UK.
