Please I have a request about letter of recommendations. One of my recommenders works with a company, but he does not have access to the letter head for legal and official purposes.

As long as their credentials, contact details, signature, and relationship to your work are verifiable, Tech Nation from my experience, I believe accepts personal reference letters from industry leaders where company letterhead policies prevent use.
