Hi,
Unfortunately, my application for the Exceptional Talent visa has been rejected. Surprisingly, my application for the Australia Global Talent Visa was approved using the same set of documents.
I would appreciate any guidance on the possible reasons for the rejection.
-
For MC: If I was selected by the Ministry of Home Affairs to deliver a cybersecurity workshop for national security forces as an official Industry Expert (with an official letter), can this be considered an award or recognition of national importance?
-
For LOR: The rejection reason states that the recommender is my subordinate, which is incorrect. The individual is a senior executive reporting directly to the C-suite, not my subordinate. Can I submit the organizational structure as supporting evidence to clarify this?
-
For OC3: Since I work for a product-based organization, I cannot provide publicly available evidence. However, I submitted expert letters to justify my contributions, which were not accepted. What alternative evidence would strengthen my case?
Any insights or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
