Rejected Endorsement (Possible appeal draft made) need help

Hi everyone,

Hope all is well. I got rejected yesterday for my stage 1 (Exceptional Promise). Even though I knew I had limited evidence (category wise) I felt it was enough to clear the criterias.

You can read about the initial evidence here - https://discourse.tnvisaforum.org/t/mandatory-criteria-enough-or-not-exceptional-promise/

Based on delayed feedback I had a feeling my application would get rejected and it did.

Please check out my appeal form and feel free to provide feedback on it.

I am still a bit doubtful for OC4 since it was published in the paper but my role intersected digital technology with social issues. So I dont know if the appeal for OC4 would be valid or not. Need clarifications.

@pahuja since you replied to my earlier thread would appreciate your advice too…

Thanks,

Hi @shantanu_gupta the strength is any appeal is based on the strength and quality of your original application since you cannot add any new information in an appeal.

Hence it’s very challenging to comment on any appeal without actually knowing the original application in itself and this is a much more elaborate process.

The only thing I can comment on is that in an appeal you can redirect the assessor to parts of your original application where you feel you demonstrated something they have refuted. You cannot add any new information that wasn’t part of the original application.

Hi @pahuja thanks for your reply.

And yes all of the claims made are redirected within the original application. I would just like to know if it’s the correct way to appeal when I am trying assessors to see things in a different light.

Or am I only allowed to talk about what assessor has missed within the evidence.

Thanks,
Shantanu

Yes you are allowed to redirect them to specific parts that they have missed.

The cleared the better so I would make it more point-wise and straight than paragraphs.
