Assesor had this to say about my value add to the UK Tech sector
" we are unable to see any credible evidence of how the applicant will add value to the UK’s
tech ecosystem. Just stating that “In the UK, I plan to continue my work in payment solutions, focusing on leading Scrum and project teams to develop digital products that deliver substantial value to users and stakeholders. My goal is to empower teams to innovate and adapt swiftly to market changes, ensuring that the companies I work with remain competitive and resilient. I hope to continue giving back by sharing my experience with the tech communities through publications, speaking engagements, and coaching” is generic and lacks actionable detail. We would expect more from someone claiming to be exceptional. "

- Income Evidence of a high salary - Glassdoor show I am in Top 10% and earn 80% higher for a Deputy CEO/Chief of staff
- Promotion to C-suite and Offer to Leading MBA School- Evidences showing my Promotion from HEad PMO to C-suite

- Successful Implementation of an agile transformation strategy - (Which led to my company securing a $13 million raise, public recognition for operational excellence, This was confirmed by LOR 1, and supporting letter from Chief Revenue Officer at my Company. Evidences, screenshot of Strategy documents, capital raise news clippings
- Strategic Partnership and Merchant expansion program - (Achieved met a target of $3.5 million set at the beginning of 2024 by the board. Evidences Partnership agreement signed by me and partner, Marketing efforts I led that all culminated in achieving this target set.
- Recommendation from Chief Revenue Officer at NowNow Digital - Recommendation letter on letter head confirming the two evidences
