Reference letter as the second evidence

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if a reference letter would be suitable as the second evidence of an optional criteria. I mean there will be 2 evidences in total for OC3 and one of them will be a reference letter. Do you think this could be suitable if the evidence and the letter is strong enough?

TN prefer other types of evidence. If you have a strong reference letter and can add an additional evidence file for a total of 3 that would be better

reference letters are not sufficient you need to show other evidence that confirm your claims.
