Referees in between jobs

He all, i have 5 LOR
3 main ones

  1. CTO current company
  2. ex-Director of department ( between jobs)
  3. Founder of a community.

OC LOR:

  1. Ex team lead
  2. current team lead. ( between jobs)
  3. Head of department for my volunteer org
  4. A mentee of mine who benefited from my teaching

The problem is that 2 of the referees are between jobs right now, and as per the direction on the official page , it says that the LOR must be on the letterhead of the company.

Which brings me to the question how do I manage this situation? any tips?

Letterhead is usually preferred but they can write in personal capacity if they have left the company. However, the recommender should have a track record of leadership in the sector with a good public profile.

Would you also be knowing if old reference letters work?
I asked my company and they can give a back dated letterhead for the people that have left.
But till the time I will apply it will be 3 months back dated.
Is that fine?

3 months should be fine

It looks like you’re planning for 4 out of your 10 evidences to be letters.
That’s usually too many - you need to have move verifiable evidence.
