One of my referees no longer works at the organisation where we worked together. Would this affect their reference? Should they use the official letterhead of their new organisation, or the previous one where we worked together? Thanks for you help!
Your referee’s current employment status won’t affect the validity of the letter. As long as they worked with you for at least 12 months and can speak to your expertise, the reference is perfectly acceptable.They can use the letterhead of their current organisation.
