Recommenders previously from same company

Two of the Technology leaders writing my Recommendation Letters used to work in the same company (Company A) as I did (That’s how they knew me).

Recommender 1 has moved to a new company (Company X)
Recommender 2 also moved to a different company (Company Y).

I also now work for Company Z.

Would it be okay to use the Recommendation Letters from Recommender 1 and 2 as they are currently in different companies?

Or would they be seen as coming from the same company (since they both used to work in company A).

The Tech nation guide only states “Three letters of recommendation from three different well-established organisations acknowledged as experts in the digital technology field”.

Please advise

Well if you can get diverse recommendation. You recommenders don’t have to be people you worked with in the same organisation, they may know you as a player in the sector.

Did you end up submitting? And what was the outcome?

Used different recommenders from different companies and it worked out well.
