Recommendation Letter Advise

Hi, I am planning to get the following recommendation letters:

  1. From Co Founder of a software consultancy company, I worked for him 20 years ago.
  2. A senior member in my current company(one of the largest bank), but he is not a c suite executive
  3. I am trying to get it from CTO of a small bank, else from another senior member from my current company

Questions:

  1. Can I get more than 1 recommendation letter from the same company?
  2. can I get it from non C suite executive? as I don’t know anybody at C suite level
