Please review my prepared documents for any pointers

Hey everyone, Happy New Year!

I’m currently working on my documents for the Exceptional Promise criteria and would really appreciate your feedback, observations, and suggestions.

A bit about me: I have over 6+ years of experience as a software engineer. I started my career in 2018 as a junior developer and have since grown into mid-level, senior, and full-stack roles.

I’m not entirely sure which path would be the best fit for me since I don’t have much international recognition yet(Talent or Promise), but I’d love to hear your thoughts on how to position myself effectively.

Would appreciate your feedback and suggestion. Thank you in advance

You need to pick two OC categories to focus on and have up to three evidences for each. For example, for OC3 you will need more evidence than just a letter from a manager. Can you show GitHub impact? Code deployed?

For your LoRs, make sure you emphasize that they are industry leaders. A ‘PHD holder’ is not necessarily a leader.

Some of your MCs could fit into the OC categories. Just make sure you are not confusing the reviewer by combining too much in one document.

Thanks @ellagna What if the PHD person is an expert in their field? Also, do you think my profile qualifies for a ET or EP?

Whether if you are down to ET or EP route, it depends on your number of years in the digital field. In your case, you MUST apply under ET route, since you have more than 5 years of experience.

It seems that you have not read the guideline completely. I encourage you to read all of the lines from the top to “Documents & Evidence” section in Tech Nation Visa Guide - Tech Nation . This is the single source of truth. After you understand it, it will be faster for you to create a stronger application by yourself. Until then you are welcome to come back for us volunteers to review your application again.

I hope this helps @Gabriel_Godwin
