- UK Based top Fintech consulting firm CEO ( My current companies client partnered with this consulting firm to work on Fintech products - i.e Bank partnered with this consulting firm and my Fintech Firm to build product)
- UK Based SaaS product companies CEO ( My first company , confirming my leadership abilities and impact I had brought in to the success of the product)
Mandatory Criteria

Evidence 1 - University Letter confirming how I helped in advancing the digital technology knowledge for Students and Professors
Evidence 2- Letter of support from CEO of the Biotech/agritech company- confirming how my contributions on their digital transformation and adoption ( helped to build AI chat bot advisor from ideation to implementation) which helped them during Covid times.
Evidence 3 - Letter of Support from MD of digital services company - Confirming my contribution in developing web based AI dashboard product
** You have evidence of speaking at high-profile digital technology sector events, or specialist events for your particular field in the digital technology sector, as evidenced by reference letter(s) from leading industry expert(s) describing your work, or as evidenced by news clippings or similar evidence (including event size/attendance estimates where possible)**
Evidence 4 - An XYZ company conducts a Fintech event every year - I was the speaker at Fintech event in the year 2018, 2019, 2020 -
- Evidence 1 - is related to Fintech and Product Management
*Evidence 2, 3 - Are not related to Fintech, but they are related to digital technology
Optional Criteria
2) How do I demonstrate that I have been recognised for my work outside of my immediate occupation that contributed to the advancement of the sector?
Evidence 5 - Certificate of Mentorship from an organized and structured and recognized mentoring scheme. From Jan 2021 to May 2021
Evidence 6 - Letter from the Dean of the university for my contribution as an Adjunt professor from the year 2020 to 2021 - Stating how my contributions helped students, and how curated the modules to prepare them for the future.
Evidence 7 - Letter from Project Director of Govt Organization - who are into Animal Husbandry - Letter confirming how I helped them with digital initiatives like Web based management system.
Optional Criteria 4 - This is where I am bit confused
4) How do I demonstrate that I have exceptional ability in the field by making academic contributions through research?
Evidence 8 - Links of the Peer Reviewed Journals - I have authored 2 journals which has impact factor of 4.5 in Jan 2021 and May 2021 both related to digital technology.
Evidence 9 - Evidence of awards received for outstanding applied work, supported by excellent academic achievement (a first-class degree or distinction)
I have received Outstanding contribution Award in my Current Product led company - in the year 2020 for my applied work and performing above and beyond jobs.
As an Evidence - I have Certificate and I will also add my First class/Merit MBA certificate
Evidence 10 - I have received an Award from CEO of Biotech company for helping them with the digital transformation - as they were brick and motar company with no Digital presence - I have provided them with the Product and digital transformation strategy from Ideation to implementation . Certificate of Recognition -
Note - This CEO also provided me the letter of support explaining how it helped them and confirming my award which I will be using in Mandatory Criteria Evidence 2

Additional Evidence 1 also have a recommendation letter from GM of Govt Bank , confirming my support in building and validating one feature in their mobile banking app.
Additional Evidence 2 - I have certificate/ online also it is visible in the website - As a Advisory board member for a Research and technology Journal.
Statement of Purpose - I will include how I have contributed to the growth of digital technology in other industries like Animal husbandry, Agriculture/Biotech ( As i come from Fintech/Martech) to transform their business using digital technology - Could be web application, AI based Chat bot Etc.
