Please rate my profile for stage 1 (CDO/AI, ML specialist)

I plan to apply for Global Talent Visa - exceptional talent.
I’ll appreciate any suggestions and feedback. Thanks!

Letters of recommendations:
LOR 1: CEO at the largest job-board for blue collars in the country and former CEO of company where I was CDO of subunit. In recommendation letter he tells about my impact to growth and development of AI-product I was responsible for.

LOR 2: Member of jury panel of Award I received, also Chairman of the Board of the Union of CIOs in the country. He tells about my contribution to the profession, leadership and my impact in implementing innovative ideas.

LOR 3: CTO of company I used to work (the same as person form LOR 1). He tells about expertise, the latest technologies and approaches I use in my work, etc.

Personal statement: I would like to highlight my expertise in AI/ML, but also good knowledge of HR industries, e-commerce, heavy industry, etc. And how my expertise can be useful for the technological growth of AI/ML projects in UK companies. Also my willing and abilities to share information, my knowledge with others, and I dream to share it with the UK community as well.

CV: my work experience (last 5 years I worked as a Head os DS, CDO and Director of Product, last 2 years I am a lecturer at university and also co-founder at technological Startup) and list of selected publications

EVIDENCE SUMMARY:

Evidence 1: About my impact in an innovative digital product I developed from scratch and led with some technology description and product growth evidence (track, number of clients, revenue) Mandatory/ Optional 3
Evidence 2: Participating in Expos and demonstrating the product AI/ML modules– 2 pieces (described above) Mandatory/ Optional 3
Evidence 3: Evidence of receiving CDO Award which is one of the prestigious award for professionals from industry in the country (in 2 nominations: for innovations and contribution to the profession) Mandatory
Evidence 4: Speaking Engagement (Participating in Roundtable as an expert, 2 interviews for Federal TV) Mandatory
Evidence 5: Teaching and mentoring (5 teaching episodes, but only 2 can be proved with link or contract, other 3 – only photos are available) Optional 2
Evidence 6: Reference from one of the MBA Student I taught (he is Head of Analytics in technology company) describing my contribution to teaching/mentoring Optional 2
Evidence 7: Publication’s list (about 7 selected op-ed and quotes) Mandatory / Optional 2
Evidence 8: Employment contracts with salary information information for the last 5 years (excluding last 2 years in current startup) Mandatory
Evidence 9: Documentation on technical information showing my contribution to technological Startup (where I am a co-founder) / Optional 3
Evidence 10: Reference letter from CEO of the previous company I work and the current startup (the same person) explaining my contribution Optional 3

Also I have some doubts and questions, would be great if you can help with them.

  1. Last 2 years I am a co-founder at startup, will it be a problem if in my financial statement there is no data for the last 2 years?
  2. I haven’t published anything these last 2 years, and almost all of my evidences were 2 years ago, can be that a barrier too?
  3. Does it preferable to pick someone else for LOR3? As soon as I have 2 LORs from people who I worked at the same company. Or maybe it’s better if that person will be CDO. I am confused here.

@dasha Your profile seems good for the endorsement stage (my personal opinion).
Couple of things that I would like to point out:

  1. LOR 1 and LOR 3 seem to be from the same company. As per endorsement criteria the LORs have to be from different company. So, something to think about.
  2. Evidence 2 and 3 could be merged if u have the space or else keeping it split is also fine. Don’t forget to link them within the docs as they seem to be in the similar domain which is speaking engagement.
  3. I am not sure about evidence 5. I am also a lecturer and mentored many students at undergrad and postgrad (beside working on my startup) but what I have seen on the Forum that such responsibilities are not seen as mentoring by TN Case Officers as such mentoring is part of the job (Lecturing). So, be careful with this evidence.
  4. Evidence 6 has the same issue as mentioned in point 4.

Regarding some of your other queries:

This should not be a problem as the evidence is still from the last 5 years as mentioned in the visa criteria.

As mentioned earlier the LOR3 should be from a person from a different company as provided in LOR1. Choose your recommender wisely as they have to be exceptional talent themselves.
