I have been working as a Product Manager in IT for 4 years in Turkey.
I have 7 years of experience. I worked as a SAP Consultant for 3 years and 7 years. In the remaining 4 years, I worked as a Product Manager in a global retail company for 2 years, as a Product Manager in a global e-commerce company for 1 year, and as a Contractor Product Manager in the global construction machinery sector. last 1 year.
I don’t think I can ask for a reference letter from seniors like the CEO because I don’t have close communication. However, I can get references from Team leaders, Technology managers.
As an experienced product manager, am I likely to be approved for an exceptional promise application? Should I also get references from CEO and CTO levels?
I would appreciate it if you could comment.
