Im an entrepreneur and COO, and i believe that the business category is more suitable for me. Kindly advice me, which options to choose? Because Im confused especially with either choose Business development (inc. sales, partnerships, growth hacking etc.) /or/ Experience investing in digital businesses

You should select your skills based on your experience. You know your work better, it is either your skill is listed there or it is not. The type of evidence you have should inform your skill selection.

Thank you, this version of the application is different from earlier one. Here we’ve to carefully choose the category, because the MC & OC doc also have to tally with the selection

Earlier one? I am not sure I understand your question. You should select your skill based on the work you do. If you are a business person, choose the skill closest to what you do.
