Please help me review my application before i submit

First I really don’t know if i can call my Technical Skills “Software Developer”, I would love if you can help me coin a name after reading my evidence under Exceptional Promise.

Recommendation Letters

  1. From a Founder of a CyberSecurity Company based in London.
  2. From a Senior Software Engineer who was my Teacher in London.
  3. From a Computer Engineer who is a Senior Lecturer in Nigeria.

MC1

  • Outside of your normal day-to-day job role, you led or were a significant contributor to a substantial open source project, as evidenced from compilation of code commit summaries, repo stars or similar metrics such as download statistics, where possible.
    Evidence
    I added a new african language called pidgin across GitHub websites. I got a screenshot from the merger who work at github commenting on my post and i also got over 30 stars.

MC2

  • Outside of your normal day-to-day job role, you established, led or were a senior contributor to a large technology-led industry initiative, evidenced through reference letter(s) from global senior project executives.
    Evidence
    I volunteer as a Web developer for a tech education company in Germany and the company won Google startup fund and I am presenting a letter from them.

MC3
You have evidence of speaking at high-profile digital technology sector events, or specialist events for your particular field in the digital technology sector.
Evidence
I got selected as a Google Women Tech Maker Ambassador and spoke at one of the Google Women Events and i shared the flyer, the clocking of the event on the Google page and a picture of me speaking.

OC2

    1. Your GitHub profile demonstrating active participation in a collaborative project
      Evidence
      Worked on a financial app with 4 other developers and got a letter of reference from the app owner who is also the project owner.
    • Your Stack Overflow profile showing significant contribution to discussions around code
      Evidence
      Total of 7k people reached 2 answered questions i answered gave me 88 points.

  2. Talks or conference speaking that have had a significant viewership. Conferences must be widely regarded as sector-leading events for your field with at least 100 attendees.
    Evidence
    I have a background in Dental therapy and during our scientific conference i was invited to handle the sub-theme and it was all focused on Digital Dentistry with over 450 attendees. I got letter from the president and also letter of invitation.

    • An op-ed or news article that exemplifies thought leadership, evidence of mentorship.
      Evidence
      I got featured in Motherboard magazine under the Mom-in-tech series in the UK. and i shared screenshot and link to the page.

  4. Evidence of mentorship must be for activity outside the applicant’s organisation or normal course of work duties and excludes mentorship of other commercial organisations as part of a commercial arrangement.
    Evidence
    I have been a Mentor with BCS and i shared screenshot of my mentorship page and one testimonial from my mentee. (I am still not sastified with this, I also offer Mentorship with Women in Tech Malawi but i don’t know if i should use that instead)

OC4
9. Evidence of presentations at a peer-reviewed conference, or evidence of being awarded competitive peer-reviewed research grants.
Evidence
I am a research fellow under Digital Dentistry and most of my publications are under Dentistry but we still do paper presentations and i have three presentations reviewed by professors and professionals in the college covering AI in Dentistry, TeleDentistry and Digitizing the Dental Office and all these presentations can be found on youtube. which i took screenshots and attached the link. Is it enough?

  1. A letter of support from a research supervisor or other expert in your area of expertise affirming their potential world-class standard.
    Evidence
    Got a letter of reference from my professor and i attached it with a brief history of the college.

You’d better apply for OC2+OC3, proving your contribution as a web developer. In what is described, I don’t see the serious scientific work required in OC4. Usually OC4 passes phd. It’s not entirely clear how web development intersects with dentistry, this may be a weak point in the explanation of your case

Thank you @igortsk for responding, firstly I want to know if MC criteria and OC2 is okay and if it needs adjusting.

For OC4, do you mean that if I don’t have PhD I can’t apply under that?

theoretically ok, but it’s difficult to say for sure from the brief information. How significant was the speech at the conference, how many participants (MC), 30 github stars is not enough, it is not clear how significant the new language in MC1 is. At first glance, MC is weak, but it all depends on the details. OC2 is ok.

You can try in OC4 without PhD, but in that case you have to have really strong evidences. It’s hard to pass without PhD.
