I need help with the personal statement.
The sytem is asking we should "Please provide a personal statement outlining your case for qualifying for Global Talent. " (You should outline why you want to work in the UK, your current or planned occupation in the UK, which UK region or city you are currently living in or intend to live in and an explanation of the contribution you believe you will make to the UK digital technology sector. Examples of this might be the technological advances you will bring, the creation of new markets, the planned growth of a digital technology company, the activities you will take part in outside of your direct occupation.)
My question is should I add history of my tech journey or just follow only their instruction
Finally, I arranged my LOR like this:
1. Prof. from Uni with expertise in my area
2. A senior product staff from a product company
3. A founder and CEO of product company
Please, does this matter or do i need rearrangement?
