For this evidence…

Evidence of employment contract with salary information including any bonus and equity options and history of earnings.

simply submitting my contract is fine yeah? (mind you, I have letters for this evidence…) but because I used a work email (and so that email was deleted upon my exit from the company and there’s also the issue of confidentiality with sharing dashboards and reports), I can’t share much about my work…

This evidence appears for both OC 1&3 so you’ve to be specific. It can stand as an evidence, but you must include other evidence that strongly demonstrate innovation (OC 1), e.g explanations with some screenshots about the innovations and its achievements, or significant impact (OC 3).
