Is anyone here who has experienced any issues with BRP being lost by royal mail? Basically, I got my new BRP, and following the instructions, I sent my old BRP to “BRP Returns, P.O. Box 195, Bristol, BS20 1BT” via royal mail 1 pm special delivery. However, it’s been more than 2 weeks, and online tracking shows it’s still not delivered. After contacting royal mail, I was asked to fill in the claim form for a lost item. Now, I want to seek help in how to report this issue to the Home office. There are a few links available, but it seems like those are for your current BRP and not for the old (superseded) one. Is there anyone who can help with this or knows any information on this?
