So for OC4:
I have added a research letter from a research supervisor (my undergraduate thesis)
I have added my certificate for First Class degree
For International Awards, I have attached letters of grants for receiving Grace Hopper Celebration in 2018, 2023, Women Techmakers Scholarship in 2018, LUMS Merit Based Scholarship 2019, Rectors List 2019, Semester wise Gold Medals for achieving first positions
Are these enough? how do I presents the awards to meet the criteria?

Can one qualify for Q4 without having any paper published in a top-tier peer-review journal? Would a letters of support from an academic experts (as Evidence 1 & 2) and distinction in MSc (as Evidence 3) would suffice or the first point of having at least one published paper is mandatory in OC4?
It is not sufficient to prove your contribution to research. Distinction certificate should be an additional on to an award received for applied work in the field.

I did a research based project as part of my MSc Data Sciences, which I later extended and integrated within the digital product I am a Lead developer of. Would that be of any use here?
